This policy describes what personal data we process in connection with running this website, for what purpose and for how long.

Who processes your data

Enquiry form

When you send us an enquiry through the form, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you give one) and the text of your message.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and arrange any work that follows from it.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Where the data goes: the message is sent to us by e-mail. It is not stored on the website — no database of enquiries is created.
How long: we keep the message in our mailbox for as long as it is needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, for a maximum of three years.

Sending the form is voluntary. You are equally welcome to call or e-mail us without using it.

Cookies

This site sets a single cookie: pll_language. It remembers the language you chose so you do not have to switch it on every visit. It lasts one year.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools — no Google Analytics, no social network widgets. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not track you across other websites.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary operational logs, which may contain an IP address, the time of access and the browser used. They serve to run and secure the site and are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in its safe operation.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Acting as processors, only our web hosting provider and our e-mail provider have access to it, and only to the extent needed to deliver their service. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area and we use no automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right:

of access to it and to a copy of it,
to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
to erasure,
to restriction of processing,
to data portability,
to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for instance when a new feature is added to the site. The current version is always available at this address.
